• Proven experience as an account director /head or similar position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Responsible for lead the account management team and build relationships with existing clients.
• Work closely with clients to identify their needs
• Drive performance and productivity by converting growth plans into measurable targets for customer-facing teams. Develop strategies to grow their client base and ensure that the team is providing quality and cost-effective services
• Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
• Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
• Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
