Job Summary

We are looking for Digital Marketing Executive, with proven skills in social media management, PR strategies, and content creation.

How your day would look like at Uplers?

  • Manage the end-to-end process of creating content, posting on social media, and engaging with followers.
  • Manage all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Amazon Posts and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
  • Write interesting and engaging stories and write up for Social Media posts and blogs to be published.
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insight. Producing engaging Brand Campaign, Landing Page, Ads copy, and posts, with unique and effective topics to increase CTR.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.
  • Working closely with Design, Product, and Content team to deliver new program launch across different touchpoints.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
You'll be a great fit if:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other social media platforms.
  • Have thorough knowledge and experience about web analytics (google analytics and google search console)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Someone who appreciates a deep dive into the data but understands how to blend metrics, best practices, and intuition.
  • Hands-on experience in managing social media handles to create awareness about programs and products.
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns
  • Basic understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and customer engagement metrics.
Mandate Skills: Creative and strategic thinking skills.

Qualification Degree:
Degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field preferred.
