Job Summary
  • To develop a deep understanding of the IT service Industry processes and the Client Profile. Especially into Digital Marketing (SEO SEM), Web Design / Development, Email Development/ Email Marketing services
  • Close 6 Customers in a month with the support of Business Development Representatives, Market Development Representatives & Sales Consultants
  • Managing a Team of 6 People (BDRs, MDRs & Sales Consultants)
  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets
  • Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals getting the Agreements Done
  • Process and manage paperwork and correspondence related to all Clients.
  • Arrange / Prepare proposals and contracts for clients
  • Understand Clients Staffing/Solutions Needs by doing Clients Assessment
  • Provide a Detailed Client Documentation to Talent Operations Team
  • Schedule Candidate Interviews with the Client
  • Should have the ability to Owning, Training & Managing a Sales Team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the
  • initiative and build strong productive relationships.
  • Owning & Managing the Entire Sales team
Experience Required :
