Job Summary
- Identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and hiring portals (Naukri, IIM Jobs, Linkedin etc.) and other creative sources
- Plan and execute candidate engagement initiatives, own end to end candidate experience, pre-onboarding engagement, and post-joining experience
- Manage Hiring drives end-to-end
- Act as a single point of contact for hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates for the respective vertical
- Build an influential candidate relationship during the selection process
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in total including 3+ years of experience in a high growth product organization or a start-up
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with employees and other stakeholders across the organization
- Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
