Job Summary
- Customer Growth: Own the build and growth phase. This involves multiple initiatives on the demand side constantly reiterating on the product market fit for services
- Customer Experience: Developing deep understanding of the drivers for customer delight, and leading initiatives to constantly push the envelope on the NPS for the category
- Partner Growth: Strategizing the retention/sustenance and building of a robust, reliable partner base across all the Indian markets, to capture seasonal growth and sustain this across the rest of the year
- Partner Experience: Manic focus on adequate Partner earnings, right training and skilling, equipping partners with necessary tools, and making their working lives easier and allow more productive time on jobs
- Ability to perform cross functional stakeholder management
- Agility to seamlessly step into any part of the category and get cracking to solve the problem at hand
- Problem Solvers with provenability to think sharply andalso execute at a fast pace
