We are looking for team members to join us in the Client Servicing function. Candidates should be strongly self driven individuals, creatively inclined, passionate about marketing communications and dedicated to making their careers in digital marketing communications.
You could be in the early stage of your career - at the entry level or with upto 2 years of work experience
What the job involves:
The job involves working closely with the client and agency teams to develop and execute on creative and communication briefs. You would be strategising and executing (with a team) effective, holistic communication solutions for brands:- one-to-one advertising, social and email campaigning across all digital channels including Social, web, email and mobile.
The client servicing team is focused on bringing alive campaigns through a good understanding of briefs, and an excellent ability and focus to project manage.
Always working on multiple projects, the Client Servicing Executive loves the challenge of collaborating with a cross functional team, inspiring them to deliver great creative product while beating deadlines. You should love and be driven to:
- Understand client s requirements and core messages.
- Familiarise yourself with the product, target audience and competitor activities in the market.
- Brainstorm.
- Oversee and collaborate on production all the time - liaising with copywriters, designers, illustrators, developers - and the client.
- Work under pressure, handle multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
- Be a team player, a go getter, with the ability to Win and retain client confidence in themselves, their team and the agency
