Job Summary

Overall Responsibility

Overall 4 - 8 yrs of IT experience in a SaaS Company that create and manage services or products based on subscription or On-Demand, out of which at least last 2-3 years needs to be in technical and team management roles. You will responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 7-12 people as per Agile methodologies being a Scrum Master
  • Willingness to handle technical and business problems with the team
  • Tracking and Reporting of team s daily, monthly and yearly progress
  • Interact with stakeholders in the company to achieve the team s results
  • Identify opportunities for areas of improving in Deliveries
  • Solving a problem by interfacing with the team and stakeholders
  • Evaluating team performance and Handling their Performance Management
  • Finding problems or areas of improvement and provide necessary solutions
  • Creating impact and continuous improvement to company business

Skills Required:

  • Understand the business domain and products
  • Can relate to different business needs and know impact of changes
  • Good Problem solving and programming skills in a product company is preferred
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer experience
  • Handle multiple daily workflows
  • Should be excellence driven and be able to drive the team to the same
  • Ability to envision future solutions and drive them
  • Data driven decision making

Technical competence

  • Good to have hands-on either of the following
    • Automation testing using selenium or other tools
    • Front End development using javascript frameworks
    • Worked on web scraping technologies
    • Core Java with Unix/Linux, (OOPS, Design patterns, Data structures)
    • Test tools for data testing
  • Innovate new ways of working
  • Deep dive into core technicalities and leverage them to provide innovative solutions
  • Identify areas of improvement and bring in technical solutions
  • Create reusable components
  • Unblock technical issues within team members

Project Management

  • Know project management fundamentals and shows consistent improvement
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Use different styles of management based on the need for the hour
  • Track and manage work. Need to be data driven
  • Ensure timely delivery with quality always
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Team Management

  • Drive to excellence
  • Understand nature of people and apply different approaches
  • Servant leadership mentality a must
  • Ensure growth of team members leveraging their strengths
  • Help overcome weaknesses or improvement areas
  • Drive performance assessment and grooming
  • Able to give constructive feedback and build rapport with team members
