Job Description:
The Analyst is responsible for analysis and resolution of territory assignments issues related to lead and order transactions. The analyst will work closely with the Enterprise Territory Management Support lead and the data profiling team to execute action plans for issue resolution. The analyst will also engage in data enrichment activities in Client ODM and Oracle DRM to ensure complete sales coverage and hierarchy enrichment.
Essential Functions (Tasks and Responsibilities):
Perform analysis and resolution of issues with Sales Coverage definition
Sales coverage gaps and overlaps
Ongoing administration and maintenance of hierarchical data in Oracle DRM and coverage data in Client ODM
Issue resolution of support requests related to Hierarchy and Sales Coverage definition in Oracle DRM or Client ODM
Implement sales coverage changes in mass scale during the realignment twice every year
Data extraction and reporting from Oracle DRM and Client ODM
Participate in quality control and audit activities and data updates performed by team members
Work in support requests to resolve issues with system functionality and data; perform regular monitoring of identified system activities to perform regular data updates in Salesforce.com
Managing Lead assignment Accuracy. i.e Analysis/Validation/Reporting and publishing the analysis report on SFDC chatter


Qualifications & Experience:

Should have 3+ year(s) experience as an analyst in sales operations with extensive analytical knowledge
Must possess ability to work with cross functional teams to define resolution plans for territory assignment issues
Should possess good Excel ODBC/ SQL / Macro skills
Should have relevant experience with support processes, issue tracking (case management) and resolution with SLA management
Experience using Client ODM and/ Oracle DRM is an advantage
Experience using SalesForce.com for reporting/data analysis/managing assignment rules or other functional support activities is preferred
Experience in administration of Sales coverage definition/ business rules is an added advantage
Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under pressure
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines
Ability to drive collaboration with functional and technical teams to achieve effective solutions
Effective communication skills with all levels of management
Flexible with shifts, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
