Job Summary

Job Description 1. Primary Target achievement Visiting & interacting dealers on daily basis Visiting secondary market & meeting retailer s for generating secondary orders & stock liquidation 2. Outstanding Control Punching orders time to time so that dealers can avail Cash Discount Continuous follow up with dealers for payment collection 3. Secondary Business generation & Sales Promotion Activities Conducting various activities like Van campaigning, corner meet, stock points appointment, Visiting retailers & mechanic visits for promoting new launch products product Attending product related problems and inform to company engineer to resolve the issue 4. New distributor & Sub stock appointment Conducting survey and potential of distributor & sub stock appointment Analyzing the capacity, reach, sales & financial status of new distributor & sub stockiest Setting target for new distributor and sub stock appointment 5. Data & information collection Competitors data collection related to products, prices, new launches, schemes, discount policy, USP s Product related problems Preparing customer profiling 6. New Town development Identify untapped market Conduct survey to understand the actual potential of the market Identify potential dealers & sub stock points 7. Educating dealers sales team Educating dealers sales team on products USP s, product pricing, competitors USP s and pricing Job Requirement a) Qualifications Minimum Qualification required: BBA/MBA Marketing Qualifications preferred: MBA Marketing Minimum 3 years of experience Industry Related experience Preferred Auto component manufacturing industry Other soft skills/competencies Product & USPs Geography & competitors knowledge MS Office
