Job Summary


Summary:
This role will support the ABM in handling Sales, Business Development, collections and effectively managing after sales service

Job Description:

1. Sales
Accountable for maintaining and growing Sales of the company products
Accountable to successfully achieve assigned annual targets
Responsible to achieve monthly maximum incentives for the team against basket sales
Responsible for increasing quotation conversation ratio
Minimum Count of Collection Target should be 25 & Value target should be 13.5 L
Closed and win quotation should be 40% (Considered Last 28 days Quotation)
Required Minimum 25 Quotation Count.

2. New Business Development
Responsible to increase customer database and achieve targets
Accountable for expansion of brand (new areas / locations)

3. Collection
Responsible for timely collections of payments from customers as per the credit limits and credit period assigned to them

4. After Sales Service
Responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensure customer delight
Take regular feedback from customers regarding products and services offered

ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Excellent Team management skills and Leadership qualities
Strong crisis management and time management skills
Should be assertive and have an eye for detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure by meeting deadlines
Confident
Preferred candidates from Mumbai western Line


Qualification :
Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience Required :

1 to 3 Year
