- Addressing client queries received through walk-ins, phone calls & emails to their satisfaction.
- Ensuring all transactions/documentation related to property are completed according to the TAT defined.
- Inter-departmental co-ordination to address client queries.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring CSAT levels above average.
- Quality Service to the Clients
- Controlling Escalations
- Adherence to the TATs
