Job Summary

Job Description

  • Maintain minimum margin of 25% within your vertical
  • Ensure current publishers keep promoting relevant offers
  • Identify and scale up revenues with high potential publishers relevant to your vertical
  • Activate dormant publishers in your vertical to increase revenue
  • Ensure publisher compliance and adherence to allowed media
  • Ensure timely release of publisher payments
  • Take targets according to FY Target Sheet before business meeting
  • No number tampering (Arbitrage is allowed subject to prior approval)
  • Mentor & train team to help them perform efficiently
  • Stay in touch with top clients for feedback and scale up opportunity
  • Prioritize offer execution strategy on the basis of revenue potential
  • Manage offer planning and budget allocation among team members
  • Work with BD and CS teams on new advertiser/campaign pitches
  • Ensure timely resolution of publisher queries through proper escalation
  • Coordinate between various teams to ensure that requirements are fulfilled
  • Monitor Offer & Affiliate reports (Vertical) to ensure quality delivery
  • Identify new sources of inventory and develop alliances


Requirements

  • Core Affiliate Industry/Performance Marketing Experience.
  • Working knowledge of HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, and other Tracking Platforms.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
