Job Summary

Job Descriptions :

  • New Publisher Onboarding

    • Get new publisher for the company.
    • Correct communication & fair expectation setting and updating formats as per the requirements.
    • Identify & close prospects where exclusive deals can be signed with us.
    • Persuading affiliates, publishers and networks to work with our brands existing strong relationships all the leading i.e. coupons/cashback publishers, influencers, youtube, bloggers, media buyers and emailer delivery publishers.
    • Figuring out mutually beneficial payout models and terms with every affiliate.
    • Ensuring latest promotions updates with publishers and strong understanding of their modes of promotions across different publisher types.
    • Look for, identify and onboard new publishers based on affiliate teams requirement.

  • Internal Communication
    • Answer all emails on same business day
    • Respond to all relevant cliq threads on same day

  • Reporting
    • Daily EOD Report to reporting manager.
      • What did you do last week?
      • Plan of action for this week?
      • Feedback, issues or highlights, if any.
    • Work Summary Reports to be shared with management on last working day of every month.
    • Working Saturday - To be aligned One-One with manager and training sessions

  • Meeting Preparation
    • Present track record of activations and the ones which are pipeline to manager
    • Take appropriate targets for acquisition of publishers with co-ordination with reporting manager


Requirements

  • Technical Knowledge
    • Stay up to date with technology.
    • Pitch according to our technical ability and take assistance if required from technical POC aligned from support functions.

  • Record Management
    • Publisher Records (Hasoffers) and Trackier
    • Contact Information
    • Promotional Methods
    • Payment Information
    • PAN/TAX Info (Domestic)
    • Banking Details
    • Maintain record for the daily activity and update the manager

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Min 1 Year of Exp in any field
