  • Ensure utilization is maximized for the kits allotted
  • Ensure updated guidelines are followed by the team
  • Sufficient visuals to be made available at all sites
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Train employees and ensure the service levels
  • Identify training needs and recommend for external training
  • Monitoring and controlling changes to the information processing facilities
  • Selection and work allocation to employees and ensure cost-effective trial / pilots
