Job Summary
- Business Development in terms of: Client Acquisition and Maintaining Client Relationship
- Building strong team by constantly mentoring them.
- Attainment of Targeted Budget
- Tracking the payments from the Clients
- Maintaining the Payroll sheets for the Consultants
- Timely submission of the CV to the Clients.
- Maintaining the track of PO & Invoices
- Signing of the Contracts & Induction of the Consultants
- Sharing of Trackers: Revenue Projections, Master Consultant Tracker, Red-Flag Candidates Report, Payment Tracker, GST Retention, Credit Note Summary, Retention Money Calculations.
- Adherence to the systems & Processes related to the Dept pertaining to ATS, periodic MIS, SOPs etc.
