Job Summary

Business Development in terms of: Client Acquisition and Maintaining Client Relationship
Building strong team by constantly mentoring them.
Attainment of Targeted Budget
Tracking the payments from the Clients
Maintaining the Payroll sheets for the Consultants
Timely submission of the CV to the Clients.
Maintaining the track of PO & Invoices
Signing of the Contracts & Induction of the Consultants
Sharing of Trackers: Revenue Projections, Master Consultant Tracker, Red-Flag Candidates Report, Payment Tracker, GST Retention, Credit Note Summary, Retention Money Calculations.
Adherence to the systems & Processes related to the Dept pertaining to ATS, periodic MIS, SOPs etc.
