Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

• 8+ years of experience in the field of Product Management preferably with B2B SaaS products
• Experience launching new products as well as working with growth stage products
• Strong management experience with remote teams of 10+ people
• Proven leadership ability in a fast growing and evolving organization
• Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relational skills
• Comfort giving presentations and talks virtually and in-person
• Passionate about professional development. Excited to mentor more junior team members
• Willingness to travel as required
• Ability to crossover with IST time zone for at least 4 hours a day
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a Director role or similar senior position
• Experience in Cloud based products especially on Salesforce
• Product marketing experience
• Experience working in the non-profit sector
