JOB DESCRIPTION - Excellent verbal & written communications skills with an ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders. -2 to 4 years of SQL server and/or Windows server administration experience. 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2, 2016. - Working knowledge of IIS, DNS, DHCP, AD and Hypervisor. - Working knowledge of Network Troubleshooting tools like but not limited to setting up PING, NSLOOKUP, TRACERT. - Understand, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex customer queries via screenshare to address technical issues, product functionality, product upgrades and any defects/enhancements. -Must be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational environment. Good To Have: - Experience/expertise with SSMS administration. SQL DDL & DML queries. - Understanding of healthcare related application, terminology, patient care environments, service needs & priorities of patient care personnel.
