Jr.android Developer Job in Vertuora Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required:

• Minimum one year of experience in software development with a strong command of OOP.
• Experience in native android development.
• Experience in Java script is an advantage.
• Experience in other mobile platform development, open source environment, JSON/XML for client- server communication, digital video (compression, packaging, distribution), high version control skills, with emphasis on git.
• Decent background in computer science (algorithms, data structure, software design, reliability, maintainability, etc).

What we would consider a bonus.

• Experience with Bintray, and Gradle scripts.
• IOS and other mobile platforms like Roku, AndroidTv and TVOS.
• Experience with backend technologies Node.js/Ruby on rails/GO.
