Native Android Developer Job in Vulcantechs

We are looking for an android app developer to work with our existing team to design and build the next generation of our mobile technologies.

Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The position will work primarily on tracking based android apps with analysis and timely resolution of problems within the application and provide support for maintenance and upgrades.

Require independent decision making and problem solving capability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresn

Implement medium to high complexity assigned applications with minimal guidance

Work with outside data sources and APIs.

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

REQUIREMENTS

Priority will be given to developers with experience in android based tracking applications.

A minimum of two years experience as an Android developer

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject from a reputed institute

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

Strong organisational and time management skills; should adapt quickly to changing priorities and multi-task if necessary

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
