Job Summary

Dear Candidate,

We are Hiring for Executive Assistant to Cluster Head Position (EA to Cluster Head) in our
organisation- Viraj Profiles Ltd.Based at Tarapur MIDC, Boisar Near Mumbai


2. Position Details :-

  • Support Cluster head in managing the different business Unit.
  • Track performance of operating plants as well as projects.
  • Identify and flag any issues/challenges across plants or projects.
  • Provide data and analytical support to the cluster head through efficient use of MIS reports and tools.
  • Coordinate with business and functional heads to keep cluster head abreast of events across the Business Unit.
  • Ensure quality of analysis/inputs for decisions that come to Cluster head for approval
  • Establish MIS for tracking performance of businesses against plans
  • Ensure timely reporting of key performance metrics via MIS.
  • Analyze MIS inputs and synthesize results.
  • Summarize MIS results into reports for cluster head.
  • Perform basic analysis like trend analysis and variance analysis.
  • Flag differences between actual and planned performance.
  • Follow up on important operations, projects and commercial issues.

3.Competencies required

  • SAP experience is Must
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
  • Thorough knowledge of office procedures, highly developed computer skills, and advanced capabilities with software including Microsoft work, power point, excel and outlook
  • Superior ability to build relationships with senior leaders, and work across businesses.

5. Education:- Graduate Engineer with having minimum 5 years of work experience.
