Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Appointment of all sales executives with respective clients

Pre-visits responsibilities - sharing of company introduction with clients

Raising of quotations for generated leads

Communication with a prospect regarding shared quotation

Follow up with the client for further processing

Feedback for a salesperson

Regular daily follow up with salesperson for arranged visits

Management of the digital marketing for emails and text SMS

Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification, and classification

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Understand customer needs and requirements

0-2 years proven experience in prospecting and lead generation

Experience in B-to-B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space

Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualification

Must possess strong customer service skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication (Verbal- Hindi, and English)

Must have good negotiation skills

Must be able to create and deliver good presentations

Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
