Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be providing support to customer using VMware products. To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter and self-learner, possess strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills; and be someone who embraces challenges.

• Resolve customers issues via the telephone, email or zoom session
• Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
• Resolve issues in a timely manner according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Focus on an area of technical specialization and attend technical trainings
• Work experience in a Technical domain
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment. Flexible to work evening/night hours as per business need.
