POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated member to join our Sales team (Bidding vertical) to add to our clientele. You will be creating and applying an effective bidding strategies to close and sustain clients in the international market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating quality leads through online bidding portals likes Upwork ( Primarily),elance, Guru, PPH, etc.
  

• Following the Marketing & Sales Strategies by Bidding related tasks, , Writing proposals,keeping follow ups , requirement gathering , Coordinating across functions for facilitating for costing and product feature list etc.
  

• Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
  

• Follow-up with prospects, sense opportunities, generate meetings and close the deals.
  

• Build and maintain an accurate prospect / customer database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and prospect information.
  

• Directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales through online bidding platforms for our services, from prospecting to closure for internal clients..
  

• Working in sync with managers and team to meet desired sales targets.
  

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILL SET & EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business development/online bidding on Upwork and other portals.
  

• Experience with Magento, iOS, Android, Cross-platform, Web, PHP, MEAN, MERN, FullStack and QA related biddings .
  

• Good in requirement elicitation and initial proposal writing
  

• A good Business sense and time management and presentation skills required.
  

• Ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset ..
  

• He/ She should be a confident negotiator and have the ability to close a deal.
  

• Ability to analyze business Challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for the same.
  

• Must have excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  

• Must be equipped with professional competencies to exhibit high levels of responsibility, and ownership
