Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:

Must be able to generate leads for the digital technology consulting services, including UI/UX, DevOps, QA, Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Cloud services.
Must be very strong in market research and identify the right prospect for the given offerings.
Must be excellent at competitor analysis, lead generation, building data lists.
Should be able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via research, email campaigns, Linkedin and other social media, etc.
Should be able to work late in the evening to overlap with the prospects during their business hours.
Candidates will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads. Hence, he/she will play an integral role working with marketing and Sales Managers to ensure the quality of leads generated is based on established criteria.
Collecting data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
Good experience of working in identifying client Databases and cleansing them regularly, MS Office, search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen, familiarity with CRM programs.
Capable of preparing reports based on the data collected and come out with observations.
Should be capable to engage with key decision-makers, gain their interest and trust, and introduce WTT service offerings.
Should work very closely with Sales and Sales Operations in addressing any requirements identified.
Need to have good MS Office skills word, excel, PowerPoint, etc. for presenting reports to the team and the management.
Work with the Sales Manager to identify/close qualified leads.

Qualification:

Bachelor s degree with MBA preferred
Hands-on with need creation and benefit selling
Stong experience in selling IT Services End to End project delivery for the North American customers from India
Must have hands-on experience with market research, list/database building, B2B demand, and have proven lead generation skills for international markets
