Job Summary

Outcomes:

  • Achieve team sales revenue of 12 FTE with 12 month contracts (144 billable man months) in 12 months for various technology stacks. These roles will be 100% based in India.
  • Close at least 3 FTE (12 months average contract) within 6 months of joining.
  • Close at least 12FTE (12 months average contract) within 12 months of joining.
  • 100% time to be spending on in India working US hours (East Coast till 12 noon)
  • Setup of prospecting/demand generation activities, marketing collaterals & marketing activities to support sales initiative within first 2 months
  • Daily reporting to Senior Management.
  • Provide monthly feedback on industry trends.
  • Identifying prospective database, taking appointments, meeting prospects, understanding pain areas, creating proposal, presentation, negotiations, contract ,collections & customer satisfaction (Overall Responsibilities for Sales Operations)
  • Get the opportunities qualified by Senior.
  • Competence:

    • Last 5+ years of IT Services sales for small to midsize firms (In India) experience in international/North American markets
    • Proven experience selling IT services by building trust and rapport with the clients Performer in achieving sales revenue.
    • Experience in using LinkedIn, email and calling to generate leads Brief knowledge of Industry business processes.
    • Excellent/fluent spoken AND written English.
    • Take initiative independently.
    • Presentation skills should be as per US standards. Positive Attitude.
    • Flexible & Adoptable.
    • Follows through on commitment.

    KPIs

    • Create 50 leads per month in assigned territory
    • Maintain average of 7 touch points per lead
    • Develop on average a monthly pipeline/prospects of 16 roles to be potentially filled
    • Close on average 1 FTE (12 month contract) per month over 1 year

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced & entrepreneurial environment where they are always on the lookout for the next great business that will benefit from the company s IT services. This person will have a strong focus on the most popular technology in the market today and will interact with decision makers in mid-market companies.

    Direct Sales Activities

    • Hunt for prospects and market opportunities in assigned territory
    • Identifying new and creative ways to source viable clients including: directories, contact lists, database leads, internet resources and personal networking
    • Sell within the assigned territory/industry to cultivate new revenue opportunities by working with decision makers (CEO, COO, CIO, CTO or equivalent of each)
    • Find link selling opportunities using both old/new contacts
    • Obtaining job orders/contracts from clients and industry partners
    • Thorough Follow up of Direct Sales leads with 7 touch points per lead
    • Develop relationships with industry influencers to drive referrals
    • Maintain and manage a sales funnel of new opportunities to attain/exceed assigned sales quota
    • Track sales activities and opportunities in CRM system and accurately report information to management
    • Achieve/exceed assigned monthly revenue goals

    MIS

    • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
    • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
    • Manage the external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and research, if any
    • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
    • Inter-functional skill; coordination with delivery and support departments.
