- Analyze and understand the needs of clients business process in detail
- Document clients business processes.
- Translating clients business processes into IT scope through preparing virtual diagram or presenting practically software features
- Communicate with Client on a regular basis to keep up the understanding.
- Take part in an agile development process for reviews.
- Do regular reviews of projects to ensure quality.
- Collaborate with clients and technical team for technical discussion
- Responsible for client communication
