Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Ensures satisfactory solution delivery (product+services)
  • Maintains broad technology awareness - web, mobile, and cloud
  • Responsible to test & provide feedback to the development team to fix issues
  • Prepare client requirements documents and any preliminary test plans
  • Adhere to the Due dates and support the client delivery priority
  • Act as the primary POC for Clients including any issue resolution
  • Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones
  • Troubleshoot App / Web defects and errors
  • Ensure timely response to all client inquiries
  • Identifies and manages service improvements to increase client satisfaction

Qualification :

Requirements

  • Works with account management teams to create a favorable client relationship to ensure high satisfaction
  • Have performed serving International clients in their time zones
  • Is proficient in Manual/Automation testing - Web & Mobile Apps
  • Knowledge in any Bug Tracking Tool - JIRA / Bugzilla / Mantis BT / QC
  • Knowledge of Responsive Testing, Security Testing, and Performance Testing will have an edge
  • Design, execute and maintain detailed test cases/scripts
  • Ensures that service level SLAs are met
  • Attend client call and discuss the weekly status with the client
  • Exposure to web-user interface, human factors, usability, and Performance testing
