Job Summary
Qualification :
Responsibilities
- Gather, translate and simplify client requirements and assist the sales team with presales documentations (orderforms/quotations/proposals/ presentations/ SOW/ SRS/case studies) relating to WS products and services.
- Assist the sales team with client demonstration of services and product portfolio.
- Coordinate with SMEs and gather estimations and feedback needed for presales documentations.
- Respond to RFIs/ RFPs, ITQs/ITTs and other client requests.
- Coordinate closely with the data research team to enable internal marketing campaigns.
- Review, analyze and scope out customer business requirements and logic for projects and draw up technical documents like SRS/SOW/Project Plans.
- Take part in all internal marketing activities as and when needed by closely coordinating with internal stakeholders, project managers and SMEs.

Requirements
- ?Excellent command over English along with interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- ?Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in presales and sales processes catering to India / Foreign Geographies [US, UK, SINGAPORE].
- ?Past experience and passion for B2B Software and Service Sales [Exp in B2B SaaS Product / Digital Agency background is an advantage].
- ?A clear understanding of the presales activity lifecycle from initiating lead level discussions to closing deals/opportunities via prospecting, nurturing, validating, analysis, pitch and negotiation stages.
- ?Excellent command over MS office [Must know how to use PPT, Excel, Word] along with knowledge on G Suite products smoothly [Slides, docs, sheets, drive].
- ?Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- ?Ability to give sales presentations [demos] to internal and external stakeholders for B2B SaaS products and general services.
- Experience with managing CRMs [HubSpot, Copper, MailChimp, ZOHO] is a plus.?
- ?Ability to handle multiple projects and accounts simultaneously during peak business cycles.
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree in business, marketing, commerce, sales communications or any other related field mandatory with min experience of 2/3 years in the same domain.
