Job Summary

  • Key Accountabilities & DeliverablesInteract with customers through Calls (Voice Process)
  • Understand the customer's query and identify the customer's need and give the best resolution to the customer.
  • Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.

Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100 PERCENT satisfaction on the product they purchase.

Focus on the quality of work and documentation of the action as well. Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.
