Total Experience: 12-15+ Years

Must-Have:

• Excellent communication and conversational skills
• 3+ Yrs. experience designing and consulting enterprise-grade solution architecture on Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Premise
• Extensive experience working with customer Architects and IT team in assessment, envisioning, and consulting
• A track record of success developing and deploying Data & Analytics solutions for or within large enterprise organizations
• Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with
  BI Data warehousing technologies
  Building Data Pipeline (SSIS and ADF)
  Data Modelling (SSAS, Azure Analysis Services)
  Building visualizations (SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau)
  Visual Studio
• Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
• 5+ years of Experience in SQL 2012(or later), JSON, flat files, etc.
  Deep expertise in data management on SQL Server and Azure SQL (Database & Data Warehouse)
  Excellent SQL programming & tuning capabilities
• 2+ years of experience in Power BI
  Reports & Dashboard
  DAX
  Data Modeling
  Query editor
  Security
• Demonstrate the ability to write and present effective materials, including presentations, status reporting, technical diagrams, and flowcharts

Good to have:

• MS Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Data Scientist Associate
• Experience working with Data Lake
• Experience integrating Data & Analytics solutions with SharePoint, .NET, or any other custom application
• Experience in designing Machine Learning experiments
• Experience working/integrating Azure Search, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework
• Experience with R or Python
• Experience with C# development web and services
