Job Summary

Manager - IT

February 28, 2022 Relevent experience: 5 - 9 Years

Fully supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading corporate customer s networks and in house servers. Knowledge in Installing and integrating new server hardware and applications Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools Support and administer third- party applications Ensure network security and connectivity Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses

Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords Resolve problems reported by end user Define network policies and procedures

Relevant qualifications, skills and experience

  • Design, Develop and implementing IT policy (ISO 27001) and best practice guides for the organization.
  • Establish policies, standards, and processes for managing on-premises IT infrastructure, assets, and systems (including network, end-user devices, access controls, etc.)
  • Plan IT infrastructure and systems to support the business needs
  • Manage information technology and computer systems
  • Running regular checks on network and data security, Responsibility for IT systems security
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
  • Manage assets, information security and control structures
  • Conducting regular system audits
  • Responsible for vendor management activities like evaluating, negotiating commercials, overseeing regular interaction and long-term relationships with vendors and implementing new technological ideas
  • Providing direction for IT team members
  • Providing systems support for developers
  • Managing Sophos and Kaspersky Endpoint Security solutions
  • Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network
  • Manage, Configure Network Devices like Switches, Firewalls, WIFI Access Points
  • Manage, Configure, Support Gsuite
  • Manage, Configure, Support Office365 Cloud Infrastructure
  • Manage, Configure Active directory server management
  • Manage, Configure centralized WIFI solutions with RADIUS server
  • B.Tech/ BCA / MCA / B.Sc / MBA graduates are welcome and Minimum 5+ years with relevant experience
  • Certification like CCNA, MCSA and RHCE will be added advantage.
