Job Summary:

The Sales and Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for effectively managing and cultivating customer relationships, generating leads, and ensuring accurate data management within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role involves proactive communication with existing and potential customers, recording purchase orders, and collaborating with the outside sales team to generate promising leads. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively generating leads through various channels.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for product and service offerings.
  • Customer Communication:
    • Initiate outbound calls to both existing and potential customers to promote company products and services.
    • Persuade customers through effective communication to encourage product or service purchases.
  • CRM Entry and Data Management:
    • Accurately record customer details, interactions, and purchase orders in the CRM system.
    • Regularly update and maintain customer records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow-up and Relationship Building:
    • Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaboration with Outside Sales Team:
    • Work closely with the outside sales team to share promising leads and relevant customer information.
    • Assist in developing strategies to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.
  • Order Processing:
    • Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders are fulfilled according to company standards.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate order processing and delivery logistics.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry practices.
    • Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
