Job Summary
  • Handling inbound sales calls and enquiries received from various sources.
  • Connect with the clients and understand their requirements.
  • Assist the clients with complete product knowledge, its uses and the services it provides.
  • Follow up with the clients through sending bulk emails, SMS and calls.
  • Scheduling the client meetings and appointments based on procedures and also follow up.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team for the completion of the order.
  • Follow up with the clients and attain appropriate feedback of products.
  • Maintain proper track records of all the leads and potentials in CRM, which would reflect in the CRM dashboard.
  • Carry out CRM data analysis and come up with a smart set of actions to improvise the sales.
  • Screening the market and understand client requirement and trends and generate prospective clients.
  • Should be able to work independently and should report the daily activities to the team lead.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM Software
