Job Summary

A Business Development Executive has to assist the company in its sales and growth through customer generation. This role demands outbound sales, which requires one to be able to travel to various locations. Lead generation is also one of the primary focuses of this role, along with meeting the clients and confirming sales. Team coordination is necessary and must have good interpersonal skills. The executive is to work on business proposals and should ensure proper sales for the growth of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling outbound sales which would require travelling to various locations.
  • Generating prospective leads through market analysis and understanding market requirements.
  • Meeting the clients and understanding their requirement and assist them with the appropriate product knowledge, its uses and the services it provides.
  • Follow up with the clients through sending bulk emails, SMS and calls.
  • Scheduling the client meetings and appointments based on procedures, meeting them follow up.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team for the completion of the order.
  • Follow up with the clients and attain appropriate feedback of products.
  • Maintain proper track records of all the leads and potentials in CRM, which would reflect in the CRM dashboard.
  • Carry out CRM data analysis and come up with a smart set of actions to improvise the sales.
  • Should be able to work independently and should report the daily activities to the team lead.
