Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strong customer satisfaction by maintaining professional customer relationships.
  • Maintaining profitable relationships with the key customers.
  • Managing and delivering quality and consistent customer service.
  • Handling client issues and providing solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Regularly formulating client reports and analyzing it thoroughly.
  • Maintaining customer correspondence data
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with regards to product availability and maintain status updates.
  • Conduct business reviews through CRM data analysis.
  • Expanding customer base by upselling and cross selling.
  • Maintain regular reports on customers.
  • Identify and develop key problem solving methods to resolve customer issues.
