Job Description

• Over 3 years of experience in writing customer-facing documentation and technical writing.
• BE / B.Tech /B.Sc /M.Sc /B.A or M.A (English, Mass Communication, or Journalism)
• High proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and thoroughly.
• Experience working within online communities and social media tools such as forums, blogs, podcasts, etc.
• Strong team player with good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and respond to changes quickly based on documented results and metrics.
• Knowledge of analytics, search technologies, and SEO best practices is a plus.
• Develop the content strategy for the assigned product or group of products taking into account the overall business objectives.
• Define and execute content and community plan for assigned products.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and user community to develop, write, and maintain content.
• Engage with expert users to acquire real world examples for high?impact topics.
• Write clear and concise technical content by following the Adobe writing principles and Style Guide.
• Deliver high quality content that is technically accurate by ensuring effective reviews by all stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in the assigned area of work and contribute meaningfully to the product roadmap.
• Implement community programs that encourage and reward community participation.
• Curate community content innovatively and develop strategies to provide unified experience to users.
• Manage product help ecosystem including acquiring and maintaining Help and Support metadata, articles, and portals.
• Monitor user activity, feedback, ratings, and web metrics to identify and report issues that have maximum impact on most users.
