Embed codification of Supply Network Planning processes.
Support improvement in applicable Plan KPIs for all APAC Markets and when necessary, support in-market intervention.
Identify development opportunities for supply planning processes, through closely linking to Global Opex Plan team.
Support delivery of system and capabilities programs for supply planning processes.
Support change management of new ways of working in CoE with individual markets to enable a seamless process integration.
