Job Summary

Responsibilities Identify, assess, and prioritize potential strategic partners across various industry segments that align with the company's vision, values, and growth objectives. Develop and implement effective partnership strategies to create win-win collaborations that drive mutual growth and success. Initiate contact and build relationships with prospective partners, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle. Collaborate with business strategy to develop tailored partnership proposals, clearly communicating the value of our offerings and addressing the unique needs of each partner. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring that partnership agreements are aligned with the company's objectives and interests, and that all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Regularly monitor and evaluate partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to ensure ongoing success. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, proactively addressing their needs and identifying opportunities for expansion and growth. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships and innovation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the event ticketing, e-commerce, retail sectors. Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify and pursue partnership opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong desire to contribute to the company's growth and success. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
