Job Summary
- Be willing to undertake assignments outside the general job description, which might include things such as participation in process design, special pieces of training, and other requirements as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting of performance by program, campaign, channel, etc., and deliver updates to internal partners.
- Work with cross-functional groups (Creative Services, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Campaign Marketing) and assist with operational project management.
- Analyzing marketing effectiveness and carrying out A/B testing.
- Mentor help others in the team to learn and grow at Yashus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. (Native or bilingual English proficiency)
- A firm believer in data and can weave stories around numbers.
- Aggressive about meeting goals & timelines.

- A creative thinker and detail junkie.
- A great communicator with an undivided focus to delight your internal stakeholders.
- Must be Google Ads, Google Analytics, & Hubspot certified
