Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Manager who will take ownership of all HR matters across the company.

    HR Manager Responsibilities:
  • Consistently recruiting an excellent staff as per Recruitment Policy
  • To ensure all back-end HR operational processes are managed well and maintain statutory compliances under various Labour Laws.
  • Conducting Training programs,
  • Maintaining a smooth Boarding & Exit process.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews
  • Preparation & Issuance of various HR letters./Service agreements etc.
  • Ensuring adherence by employees on HR policies.
  • Managing annual Performance Evaluation in close co-ordination with Sr. Mgmt.
  • Creating clear and concise HR & Admin reports.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Handling employee grievances.
  • Reviewing and analysing the data, information of various reports and HR MIS report.
  • Be part of important committees (Internal), if required.
  • Prepare budget for HR department
  • Proper Maintenance of HR records Overall - Planning, Organizing, Controlling the Operations, activities & actions of HR Department

Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor s degree /Post Graduate in human resources management.
Preferably with an MBA in HR or equivalent degree from a reputed university.
Age preferred - 40 - 45
Experience- Min 4/5 years previous experience as Manager- HR or similar role in HR.

    Other requirements:
  • Strong Knowledge of HR Operations, Compliances & Policies & all other aspects of HR management including Administration.
  • Abiity of handle around 350+ headcount strength.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes etc.
  • Knowledge of relevant Safety & Health laws.
  • Competency in MS applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel, if required.
  • Willingness to visit Govt. offices.
  • ISO knowledge
  • Languages to be known - Fluent to read, speak & write English, Hindi and Marathi.
  • Ability to handle pressure & be calm at the same time.
