Job Summary
- On time delivery is the primary objective.

- Ability to predict pit falls in their work sphere in advance and plan remedial action/alternate path.
- Should keep organisations interests on top priority.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other consultants.
- Securing building permits and licenses in compliance with building and safety codes from government authorities.
- Leading and managing a team of engineers and supervisors for construction projects.
- Having his /her own network for identifying and recruiting labour and civil teams for the projects.
- Creating bar charts to plan the construction.
- Ability to provide BOQs for projects.
- Carrying out risk assessment
- AutoCAD Knowledge must.
- BE Civil required
- Male Candidates only.
- Experience : 10-15 Yrs. Experience in Residential Building Construction.
- Salary - No bar for the right candidate
