Job Summary

The HR Executive supports the full employee lifecycle from new joiner onboarding, through all changes that might happen during an employee s time with the company, such as annual pay review, changes to role or transfers of department or country, maternity or paternity leaves, sick leaves etc, through to termination of employment. We are also involved in the lifecycle of non-employees such as contractors. This is a varied and interesting role where you will be supporting HR operations team across the globe and therefore needing to operate within a variety of different employment legal jurisdictions.

What will I be delivering?

Employment contract and offer letter generation via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Create & update the employment record in the HRI system (Sage People)

Ensuring all documentation is returned by the new joiner in a timely manner

Support HR operations Specialist with annual pay review process, off-cycle salary increases and ad hoc requests

Auditing key data to ensure the HRI system is 100% accurate

Production of current and ex-employee reference letters

Experience Required :

1 to 2 Year
