Plant Manager Job in Zeptonow
Job Description Overseeing the day to day operations at the production facility to ensure optimal product quality. Direct and supervise the activities of production staff. Set and implement standards, procedures and processes for the manufacture of high quality products. Be on the production floor and monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with SOP and standards. Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the production efficiency. Assign roles to production, receiving and dispatch staff according to their competence and work demand. Motivate and supervise staff to ensure daily production targets. Coordination with planning, category, logistics and operation team to ensure smooth operation. Set and enforce health/safety procedures and guidelines for operation. Work closely with the quality team to monitor the various aspects of processing to ensure the final product meets set specifications. Prepare and present daily and periodic reports to update management. Maintain accurate inventory of raw material, finished product and consumables. Ensure raw material and finished products are stored properly at optimum condition. Ensure compliance with all internal and external food production regulations. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 6 Years experience in production management. Experience in Chicken/Mutton/Fish or any perishable items. Minimum Bachelors degree in manufacturing engineering, food science or food technology or in related field.
