Job Summary
As an early-stage startup trying to solve large-scale, real-world problems, we are always working on multiple moonshot projects and experiments to create the best possible experience for our customers. Growing at a rapid scale, we deal with new and interesting problems on a regular basis across the entire spectrum of functions - from hiring to partnerships and product development, among others. As a generalist at Zolve, you will spearhead multiple high-value projects concurrently to gain cross-functional expertise. This role will be based out of Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of multiple high-value projects and work with multiple teams to solve critical, cross-functional problems
- Work closely with the founding team to identify key priorities for the organization and ensure effective solution implementation
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry, and identify opportunities to drive additional value for the company
Requirements
- 2 - 8 years of work experience
- MBA from Tier-1 Colleges
- Highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects
- Prior experience of working at startups, consulting or VC
- Banking or fintech experience is a plus
