Job Summary
Technology Transfer Ensures learnings on projects are appropriately captured, communicated and applied. Appropriate involvement in selected Continuous Improvement Reviews (CIR s), Risk Analyses CIP s/FMEA s, Communities of Practice etc Production of plans and specifications for central energy plants including chilled water, hot water, and steam systems , district cooling and infrastructure Engineering systems analysis including pumping hydraulics, pipe stress analysis, cooling and heating loads. Project management tasks including team communication, fee proposals, project scheduling, quality control reviews. Construction administration including submittal review, field visits, along with progress documentation. Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills Experience with central cooling and heating systems, engineering, design, and equipment Assigns, schedules, directs, participates in and inspects the work of mechanics and vendors engaged in project work and servicing, To participate and accomplish new strategies pertaining to BALLZEN products. Performs difficult technical and responsible administrative work while participating in the support and coaching of skilled and semiskilled workers engaged in mechanical, civil and electrical design work . Conducts inspections at field/on site and provides administrative and technical assistance to Engineering team leading to successful delivery on time.
