Finance Specialist - Accounts Receivable Job in Abb

This is a Finance Specialist - Accounts Receivable role reporting to the Finance Team Lead in the Global Business Services which is located in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible to provide defined services to the internal customers with best quality in most efficient way.

Your responsibilities

• Researching and providing fundamental analysis and initial recommendation on customers.
• Performing reviews of the customers.
• Preparing MIS for management review.
• Performing accounts receivable (AR) monthly closing and reporting activities.
• Performing general ledger account reconciliation [AR accounts].
• Establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with business controllers.
• Living ABB s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues.

Your background

• Bachelor s or master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Order to Cash process [O2C], Billing and Reporting.
• Must be flexible in working for any shift timings.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP/Oracle knowledge is a huge plus.
