What you ll be doing:

  • Hunt and acquire new logos/accounts. Drive growth by understanding our services & solutions, identifying customer opportunities, and consult them on value and need.
  • Set up introductory meetings with new clients, create and conduct compelling sales presentations, and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Build and work on GTM strategies for various service lines in coordination with marketing and practices.
  • Customer Segmentation and Implementation of GTM strategy.
  • Own end-to-end from lead pursuit to deal closure.
  • Manage Inside Sales personnel for lead generation.
  • Work along with OEM (Microsoft) for deal influencing.
  • Manage accounts with large potential, increase and solidify wallet share.
  • Provide weekly feedback on sales activities and progress against targets.
  • Achieve Revenue & sales targets through demand creation and build a pipeline of new opportunities.

What skills are we looking for?

  • 4- 6 years of experience in consultative sales & closing deals for IT services
  • Excellent communication skills to engage C-level/V.P. level and conduct the 1st level meetings.
  • Deep customer focus
  • Region (US/UK) specific experience
  • Experience meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Passion for converting leads.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to win over people.
  • MBA from premier institutes
