Responsibilities:

    • Candidate would be responsible to manage the full cycle of tech-recruitment - Source, screen, facilitate interview, and closure.
    • Act as point of contact for external vendors and partners for sourcing talent.
    • Independently source and scene candidates from various sources like Naukri LinkedIn, Instahyre, Xray Search, etc.
    • Manage the hiring process and provide a high-touch experience for the candidate from the application to offer.
    • Provide day-to-day / weekly reporting on KPIs set up for the recruitment function.
    • Manage application tracking system
    • Assist management, on insights in the talent market - salaries, talent pools, and other areas as needed.
    • Assist with employer branding initiatives like hackathons etc.

Preferred Experience / Background:

    • 4-6 years experience in independently managing tech-hiring in a growth stage startup environment.
    • Good understanding of technology, analytics, and data science eco-system
    • Prior experience of technical hiring as an in-house recruiter with a product company.
    • Experience with a SaaS / AI startup would be a preference.
    • Ability to do fitment interviews on areas like problem-solving, structured thinking, cultural fitment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams at all levels - engineering, data science, product and design
    • Bachelor's degree in science/engineering / HR
    • Masters Degrees in Business / Human Resources / Psychology / related fields preferred
