Business Development - Warehouse Receipts Job in Akchit Solutions Pvt Ltd

Eligibility: a) Bachelor s degree in any discipline, preferred science or agriculture. Post graduate in management will be preferred. b) Experience in sales, marketing, pledge finance of warehouse receipts or related activities in commodities. c) Strong communication skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. d) Must be fluent in local language (reading, writing and speaking). e) Ability to drive towards sales targets and achieve them. f) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive. Strong analytical skills and ability to convince, reach the desired official and negotiate. Work experience: Candidate should have worked in commodity industry and warehousing/ exchange/ trading industry/ Bank for a minimum of three years. Responsibilities: Primary responsibility Achieve revenue targets. Performance evaluation will have 80% weightage for this. Remaining 20% weightage will be for timely submission of reports, regular update on competitor s activities in the region, problem solving ability and planning of activities 5% for each point. Activities a) Reaching out to Banks, Clients and warehousing companies/ organizations and generate business. b) Contact potential clients to onboard them. c) Planning and executing marketing initiatives. d) Find new opportunities to generate business. e) Submit weekly report on business generated vis- -vis target for the week. f) Outstanding collection within 30 days of invoice date. g) Should be willing to travel extensively within territory.
