Requirement:

Exp: 3 to 5 years

CTC: We would be able to pay not beyond INR 5 Lacs per annum.

• Experience in deal with shipping lines to get the right pricing for a shipment.
• Good relations with the shipping lines
• Good negotiating skills with commercial acumen
• Pricing experience in Export and import environments, export experience is a must have.
• Ocean and air experience (air exp could come handy, not very rigid on that)

Soft skills:

• Team player
• Ambiguity tolerance
• Spoken ability : not very rigid on English speaking ability as long as the individual can communicate with different parties.

We would prefer someone from an Indian firm, from a culture fitment perspective.
